Classes are currently not running while we attend to building our own home.
Our teaching style places great emphasis on a symbiosis of emphasis on movement, breathing, meditation and a deep relaxation.
Classes usually run for the duration of the NSW school term. No prior experience is needed.
** We ask that students arrive at least 5 minutes early so the class can begin promptly.
** All equipment for beginners is provided. Wear loose comfortable clothing. In time you might want to bring your own, mat, meditation cushion, drink bottle and blanket (in winter).
Regular students have an option to pay upfront for the term from $15.00 per class (usually 12 classes).
5 pass classes start from $18 a class (paid prior)
Casual drop in classes are $20.
A little about our style:
We teach a style of integral yoga based on thousands of years of tradition while emphasising the needs of individuals in modern life.
Classes are individually focused and include movement, breath work, relaxation and meditation taught synergistically. It includes elements of all the major ‘schools’ of Hatha, Mantra, Bhakti, Raja, Jnana, Tantra and Karma Yoga.
Our classes are predominately taught verbally (with occasional demonstration) where the focus of the class is on an individual’s own experience rather than on looking at your neighbor to see if your doing it ‘right’.
Classes are accessible for all age groups and all levels of experience.
